Create an account
Sign up with Google or Microsoft
The quickest way in. The sign-in screen offers Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft and Continue with GitHub — whichever of them your installation has set up — on both the Sign in and the Sign up tab.
Choose one and you are signed in: no password to invent, and no verification email to wait for, because the provider has already confirmed your address. Your 14-day trial starts the same way it does below.
Already signed up with a password and want to use a provider afterwards? Use the same email address and the two are joined into one account. You do not end up with two.
Not seeing these buttons?
They appear only for providers your installation has configured. If none are set up, sign up with an email address and password below.
Sign up with an email address
- Open the app and select Sign up.
- Enter your name, your email address and a password. It needs at least 8 characters with a letter and a number or symbol — letters alone are refused. The meter under the field shows how it is doing as you type.
- Select Create account.
- Open the verification email and follow the link.
The account is locked until the verification link is used. If the sign-in screen refuses you, this is the usual cause. The screen offers a Resend the verification email button; check your spam folder before resending.
Signing up either way starts your 14-day trial with no payment details required, and adds a short checklist to your dashboard. The first item is your first order. What the trial does and does not limit is described on Your subscription.
Add the app to your home screen
There is no app store download. Open the app in your phone's browser and save it to the home screen:
- iPhone (Safari): select the share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): open the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen.
The app then opens from an icon like any other app, and your session stays signed in on that device.
Layout options
By default, navigation is behind the menu button at the top right. Settings → Layout → Bottom bar moves the four tabs — Dashboard, Orders, People and Settings — to the bottom of every screen on phones and tablets.
Desktop
Above tablet width the navigation is always in the top bar, and this setting is disabled.
Settings → Layout → Appearance sets light or dark mode and a choice of colour themes.
To sign out on a phone: Settings → Account → Session.
