Your subscription

The trial lasts 14 days with every feature enabled and no payment details required. The trial limits volume, not features: 25 customers, 25 orders and 3 subcontractors. These count active records, so archiving a finished customer or closing out old orders reduces the count. Your dashboard and Settings → Account both show your current usage.

Settings → Billing is where you subscribe. There is one plan, priced per contractor login. A firm with three people managing orders needs three logins. Subscribing removes the limits, and the same page manages or cancels the subscription later.

If the trial ends

If the trial ends, or a payment fails and is not recovered, the account becomes lapsed:

• Nothing is deleted, hidden or archived. You keep full read access to every customer, order, photo, message and invoice.
• Changes are refused behind an upgrade prompt: no new orders, status changes or messages from you.
• Customers and subcontractors are unaffected. Their portals continue to work.

Subscribing restores full access.
