Account security

Contractors can now change their password from their account settings. Customer accounts continue to use the sign-in methods provided by their portal.

Faster conversations

Messages now update instantly while you are viewing a conversation. You no longer need to refresh to see a reply, and message reactions make it easier to acknowledge an update without starting another message.

A smoother mobile experience

Navigation and order views have been refined for smaller screens. Customer and subcontractor portal pages now adapt more cleanly to phones, with less cramped content and fewer layout surprises when you move between views.

Clearer roles and invitations

Admin and maintainer responsibilities are easier to assign. Customer and subcontractor invitations now lead to the right portal experience, and crew members can reach the people they need without being given broader access than their role requires.

Easier sign-in

Email magic links are available as a sign-in option, giving you a quick way to access your account without entering a password.

Earlier improvements

The dashboard now makes it easier to scan active work, snooze an item from a mobile device, and work with customers shared across contractors. Account and portal updates also preserve the information already associated with an order when responsibilities change.
